This time at Toldboden one could feel like in little Italy. At the shores visitors were welcomed by Lancia Fulvia Zagato, Fiat 850 and a lovely Abarth 695. The weather was matching as well - it was warm and sunny!

Every petrolhead always waits for that time, when all the snow melts, air gets warmer and the beautiful classic cars are out on the streets again. Despite a cold day many vintage automobiles kick-started the season at the Toldboden shores.

Formula Automobile could probably hardly imagine a better Sunday to start with the Cars and Coffee meeting series of the planned four. The first weekend of April was supper sunny and matched both some exotic as well as classic cars.

Premieres at GIMS Swiss in Geneva are usually one of the greatest in the World. This year was no exception and the blockbusters were quite a few - Bugatti brought the La Voiture Noire and its competitor, Koenigsegg, presented spectacular Jesko.

There is an amazing gas station by Arne Jacobsen from 1936 and it cannot be looked over. 80 years after construction it is still a functional gas station. But now, it also serves a more social role… a cars-and-coffee meet-up venue!

The 2018 classic car season is coming to an end and Toldboden shores were less packed than usual. The day was brightened by a fantastic Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Veloce and a race-stylised Ferrari 308GTB.

This Toldboden meet-up was different from the others - cars gathered round the corner at St. Alban's Church! The show stealers were two pre-war biposto race cars – by Chevrolet and Morris. What a combo!

This particular Tuesday attracted E-Types like magnet – two V12s Roadsters and one 4.2l, inline-six Coupe. What a trio! I tried to picture them in the sun from all angles and understood why Enzo Ferrari called it “the most beautiful car ever made”.

It was my first time at the cars and coffee meet-up at Copenhagen's harbour venue of Toldboden. Just by the canal, classic car enthusiasts meet with each other, bringing their vintage automobiles along.

In the Desa Unicum headquarters Ardor Auctions prepared its first auction of the year - including a Ford Mustang, Maserati Ghibli, Jaguar E-Type, Porsche 911 and the undisputed star of a 1959 Jaguar XK150S in British Racing Green.

Tiriac Collection was doubtlessly the biggest surprise of my stay in Romania. Mr Ion Tiriac gathered an amazing selection of cars - including a Ferrari F40, Lamborghini Diablo, SLR Stirling Moss or a vintage and rare Mercedes 540K!
