Forza Italia 2023 - Summer Party

THE MAGIC FORMULA

Forza Italia Summer Party… Just a handful of cars presented in rather a cosy and private group of people who met to celebrate la dolce vita might be something that sparks many questions... What happened to the usual event? Where are Rozalin Palace’s lawns and meadows spread thickly with a mix of hundreds of Italian vehicles and thousands of visitors? Did Forza Italia shrink so much? Well, the answers are rather the opposite - it grew so large and caught such a vibe, that it’s worthwhile to dedicate it two separate texts! So, without further ado - welcome to the prologue party!

This year’s celebrations tested an improved recipe from last year. Take a bunch of automotive enthusiasts, add live-cooked Italian cuisine and season to taste with Italian wines and gin. All that in now much cosier restaurant garden rather than at the vast palace front. Blend it all together and what you get out is amazing and much more that the sum of all the ingredients. Old friendships were fostered and many new got created. Interesting stories were told all around and obviously, not ‘just’ about cars. People were dancing to Italian tunes until late night, laughing and simply having great fun. The party was open to everyone with an earlier registration so if it sounds like your thing, make sure you don’t miss it next year. You won’t regret it!

Forza Italia’s summer party was an epitome of the ever so famous slogan “make la vita dolce again”!

A GLIMPSE OF WHAT WAS TO COME

We all know those are people who really make the car events so worthwhile. Whilst this is even more true in this case - we are all into cars after all! Saturday’s evening provided with a pristine insight of what is to come during the actual show on Sunday. Parked in front of the Oficyna Restaurant was a red Ferrari F355 closely followed by what was to become an undisputed star of the weekend… an Alfa Romeo SZ. The very controversial Zagato lines make yet another love or hate product of the draftsmen from Rho, least a very rare sight in Poland. The welcoming trio was completed by an early Maserati Ghibli, resulting in what can be considered a perfect reception.

The main lawn was slowly getting into shape, too. Many of the party goers have already parked their selection of Alfa Romeos at the honorary exhibition spots in front of the Rozalin Palace. A Giulia and a couple GTs teamed up well with another uncommon specimen - a Montreal. At times one could have confused the narrow park alleyways with a runway at the sight of a roaring Abarth 500 wearing the famous Alitalia livery. Exciting teasers hinting a great fun during the Sunday picnic, but for now… let’s raise another glass to celebrate the Italian vibes magically conjured just a stone’s throw away from Warsaw. Saluti!
